其实，我跟美国客户打交道的历史已经很长了，其中不乏很好的客户。有些甚至都成为了好朋友了。曾经有一个美国客户，甚至还在我毫无准备的情况下，给我们汇来了货款，让我始料不及，真的是好客户很多。
但是，比较近却让我碰到了一件特别揪心的事情：一个吹毛求疵的美国客户，特别的挑剔，特别的盛气凌人，在忍无可忍的情况下，我给她发了邮件：
第一封：

impossible.
white line between the leg and skirt etc (which you mentioned at last
emails) are not problems, if you can't accept that, then it is not necessary to
send the samples.
We want to cooperate with the clients who can stand on our position and
think of something instead of thinking yourself always. We have been doing
business with Amercian people for 20 years, they are so good and most of them
are our friends now.
If you choose China, then you choose the level and standard.
If it is not a problem, not insist and accept that, then we will send the
samples.

I apologize for being rude. I handled it badly.
However I do think you should want me to have a perfect end result.
This way means I will place my next (much larger) order with your company instead of going elsewhere.
If the bags are indeed now perfect as you say, then that is all you needed to say . Computer photos are not as clear as real life so what I'm seeing may not be reality.
I will await the samples
